  Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Medium Roast Coffee: Medium Roast. Light-bodied with a pronounced lemony aroma and distinct citrus flavor. Notable acidity with a long, pleasant aftertaste. And, as always, organic and fair trade.

  House Blend Decaf Full City Roast Coffee: Dark Roast. Nice floral fragrance and sweet aroma.  Medium bodied with soft acidity. Sweet flavor and nice fruity aftertaste.  For decaf lovers as well as those who thought decaf couldn’t taste this good! Natural water process decaffeinated coffee from either of three producer partners: Maya Vinic (Mexico), Redcafes (Mexico) or CAC Pangoa (Peru).

  Timbales Organic: Extra Dark Roast. This is a 100% organic, shade grown, Fair Trade coffee. Timbales Organic features harmonious qualities of molasses, chocolate, and cherry; and is a versatile and popular blend of Nicaraguan coffees roasted in two different styles. Timbales Organic is a rather dark roast, and is perfect for espresso.
